1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", "you") and npkr ("the Company", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the npkr website located at npkr.bet, including all associated services, products, applications, features, content, and functionality made available on or through the Platform.

By accessing the npkr website, completing the registration process, depositing funds to your npkr account, placing any bet or wager, or otherwise using any part of the np kr Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the npkr Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the npkr Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. npkr strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not permit minors to register, deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person accessing the Platform on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated agents, and bots may not register accounts.
• You must not be subject to any legal prohibition or restriction on online gambling applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not currently be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on the npkr Platform or any related platform operated by the Company.
• You must not have had a previous npkr account closed by the Company for violations of these Terms.

npkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during a Player's lifecycle on the Platform, including but not limited to: a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence; proof of address; and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe stipulated by npkr support may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of npkr services, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. The following terms govern account registration:

1. One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain exactly one npkr account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or a different device — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances therein may be voided.
2. Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account Ownership. Your npkr account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise permit any other person to use your account, your login credentials, or your balance.
4. Account Currency. All npkr accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made via international payment methods will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your npkr login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. npkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify npkr support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised. npkr strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via Pakistani mobile OTP, which is available in your account security settings.

• Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not access your npkr account from shared or public devices without logging out completely after each session.
• Do not respond to any email, SMS, or chat message claiming to be from npkr that requests your password. npkr will never request your password.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

npkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following PKR-native payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed at the point of transaction within the npkr cashier section.
• npkr does not charge deposit fees. Third-party fees levied by your payment provider are outside npkr's control and are borne by the Player.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• npkr reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership prior to processing any withdrawal where a deposit method cannot be independently verified.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. npkr reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before approving withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within one to four hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one to two business days for bank transfers.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• npkr reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds or that exhibit patterns consistent with money laundering or bonus abuse. Processing of such withdrawals may be delayed pending the outcome of the review.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

npkr offers bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives ("Promotions") to eligible Players from time to time. All Promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time each Promotion is activated:

1. Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, minimum qualifying odds, and eligible markets or games are specified in each Promotion's individual terms.
2. Eligibility. Promotions are available to eligible registered Players only. npkr reserves the right to restrict Promotion eligibility based on Player history, account standing, or other criteria at its sole discretion.
3. One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise stated, only one active bonus may be held in a Player's account at any given time. Activating a new Promotion before completing an existing one may result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus balance.
4. Expiry. All Promotions carry an expiry date. Bonus balances that have not been utilised or that have not met their wagering requirements within the specified period will be automatically removed from the Player's account.
5. Abuse Prevention. npkr employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay; collusion between accounts; and systematic exploitation of promotional structures. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have their Promotion balances voided and may be permanently suspended.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the npkr Platform, including PSL cricket markets, international cricket fixtures, and all other sports betting markets made available:

• Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by npkr. npkr reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on markets where an error in odds or market configuration has occurred.
• Odds. Odds displayed on the npkr Platform are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds confirmed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that shall apply to that wager.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed within each market. npkr reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits at its discretion.
• In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to the prevailing in-play rules for each sport and market. npkr bears no liability for connectivity issues or platform delays that affect in-play bet placement.
• Void Bets. Bets may be voided in the event of match abandonment, event cancellation, feed errors, or other circumstances outside npkr's reasonable control. Voided bets are returned to the Player's account as withdrawable balance.
• Result Settlement. Markets are settled in accordance with the official result as published by the relevant governing body. In the case of PSL fixtures, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) ruling shall be the primary settlement reference.

8 Casino & Games

npkr's casino offering includes live dealer table games, RNG-based slot titles, and other digital games provided by licensed third-party game studios. The following terms apply to all casino gameplay on the npkr Platform:

• All RNG-based games on npkr use independently certified Random Number Generator systems. Certificate documentation is available upon reasonable written request to npkr support.
• Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio partners whose procedures are subject to independent regulatory oversight. npkr does not control the conduct of live dealer operations but maintains contractual standards that all studio partners must meet.
• Game malfunctions — including but not limited to disconnections, software errors, and display faults — void all related plays and stakes are returned. npkr bears no liability for malfunction-related outcomes beyond stake return.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable limits before commencing play.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the npkr Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different name or identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any other non-human access method to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit promotional structures.
• Colluding with other Players to influence the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Participating in, facilitating, or having knowledge of any match-fixing, spot- fixing, or corrupt conduct in any sport on which bets are placed through npkr.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting errors in odds, software bugs, or game malfunctions for financial gain.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the npkr Platform's software, security systems, or payment infrastructure.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

npkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the Player against npkr.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• A voluntary or enforced self-exclusion request submitted by the Player.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified withdrawable balance held in the account will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances associated with accounts suspended for breach of Terms or suspected fraud may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited in full if the breach is substantiated.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their npkr account may do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any active bonuses are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

11 Responsible Gaming

npkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that empower Players to maintain control over their gaming behaviour. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players directly within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits that can be set or reduced at any time. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify the Player when a specified duration of continuous play has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which the Player may not deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Full account self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months, during which the account is locked and all marketing communications are ceased. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the npkr Platform — including but not limited to the npkr brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of npkr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the npkr Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any npkr content without prior written consent from npkr.
• Use the npkr brand, logo, or trade dress in any manner that suggests affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from npkr without express written permission.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape the npkr Platform or any portion of its content for any commercial purpose.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, npkr's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your npkr account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

npkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This exclusion applies regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and regardless of whether npkr was advised of their possibility.

Nothing in these Terms limits npkr's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Privacy & Data

npkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the npkr Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

npkr will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification partners, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or contractual necessity. 15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which npkr holds its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and npkr, you agree to contact the npkr support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. npkr commits to responding to formal dispute notices within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of first notification, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

16 Amendments

npkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect Players' rights, obligations, or the fundamental nature of the service — npkr will provide no less than seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to the affected Player accounts, or by prominent notice on the Platform.

Non-material amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, minor clarifications, and updates required to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance, may be made without advance notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page under "Effective Date".

Your continued use of the npkr Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the revision.
